Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Cancellations

Standard 3 day remorse cancellation of all services contracts.  If Glacier Media Marketing has not been notified my email within 3 days of signed contract with request for cancellation.  All contracts stand valid.

Hosting & Other Subscriptions

Managing hosting payments, subscriptions and cancellations can be done through the customer/client account. Therefore it is the clients/customers responsibility to manage their subscriptions, payments and cancellations.

Cancellation requires 30 day written notice to be effective on month to month, Prepaid hosting is non refundable.

Glacier Media Marketing reserves the right to updates, upgrade, and change current and past pricing of products, subscription-based products, and active subscriptions. Glacier Media Markeitng is required to give notice at least five (5) business days in advance before updating, changing, or upgrading any active subscriptions or recurring payments that may be made to any past, current, or future subscriptions or subscription products. If after an upgrade or change is made, the same refund policies as outlined above apply.

Monthly Subscriptions

With written/email confirmation and 30 days notice, hosting and domain monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by the Glacier Media  team. However, the current month will be paid in full, the following month from the date of the request will be cancelled and the client will no longer be billed. There will be no pro-rate hosting or refunds if a client/customer chooses to cancel a monthly hosting subscription.

Monthly subscriptions for Grow or Support and Strategy services are non-refundable and cancellation can either be done through the customer account or via writing or email to Glacier Media Marketing.

Migration of Hosting/Packaging Website Files

If client/customer needs to move their website to another hosting provider they must send written/email notification to Glacier Media Marketing 30 days in advance. The request must come from the business owner or point of contact that Glacier Media Marketing has on file. Glacier Media Marketing can package and email the website design files and deliver to the point of contact for a one-time packaging and transition fee.

Glacier Media Marketing is not responsible for any delays, integration faults or design changes that take place as a consequence of the transition of hosting.

Other Services

Any other services provided are non refundable, unless specified in individual contracts governing scope of work.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Country for the resolution of any disputes.
